    Gabriel Apodaca

    Mr. Apodaca is President and Chief Executive Officer of NearShore Technology Company. Mr. Apodaca was previously the Executive Vice President for a leading provider of technology outsourcing with offices in the United States and Mexico. Mr. Apodaca has over 20 years of experience in developing, managing and marketing products, services and building operational infrastructure for start-up and Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Apodaca was previously a Senior Director at Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for three development and implementation practices, and a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Information, Communication and Entertainment (ICE) practice.

    Rory Brown, Charleston SC

    Rory Brown is a Managing Partner of Nicklaus Brown & Co. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ad Genius, Armada Cloud, Goods & Services, and Nearshore Technology Company. Brown works with the leader of each organization on strategic initiatives, capital planning, sales and marketing, and technology initiatives focuses on improving the client experience and maximizing operational efficiency. Brown’s committed approach to working with management allows each company to focus on creating value for all stakeholders. An innovator and entrepreneur, Brown launched one of the first internet banking companies. As a founder and Chairman of VirtualBank, Brown’s decision to use Windows 2000 as its platform allowed consumers to access their financial accounts and transactions online through a single integrated interface. His expertise in this area also garnered him recognition by Microsoft who featured Brown as a speaker at a series of events, as well as in their global advertising campaign. Brown was named Financial Services Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2002. Brown has been featured in several known industry publications including Money Magazine, INC 500, and The Economist. Brown received an MBA from the University of Charleston, SC and is a Certified Public Accountant.
  3. Shafi Keisler

    Shafi Keisler

    Mr. Keisler is the President and CEO of Ad Genius, LLC – a STEM-based advertising technology and cloud services firm specializing in cookie-free hyper-targeted identity-level outreach. Mr. Keisler founded Ad Genius with the vision of applying scientific discipline to the delivery and measurement of Digital Media. Mr. Keisler began his career at NASA and transitioned to the manufacturing industry when he joined Alcoa and applied his prior experience to develop an improved cold rolling mill control system that was featured in the Alcoa Tech Center. He joined Japanese auto giant, DENSO, gaining experience in the Toyota Production System, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems. Mr. Keisler developed an ID data tag integration system and was awarded by DENSO for innovation and cost savings. Mr. Keisler has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Charleston.

    Mr. Crowder is a Director of Armada Cloud, a Partner at Goods & Services and an innovator and entrepreneur who provides a deep understanding of technology, design, marketing, and innovation built from over 20 years of experience. He has guided a variety of successful UX, product development and innovation needs — including the development and design of the CMS framework Trampoline, developing IoT cloud strategy for Flex and innovating in the marketing automation space. Mr. Crowder has been featured on Apple.com for his work creating the Trampoline CMS, instructed at Portfolio Center and worked with the European Union on strategies to convert cultural wealth into economic development. Mr. Crowder serves on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Celebrates Photography where he serves as the Chairman of the Marketing Committee.
  5. Kelly Whitesell

    Kelly Whitesell

    Kelly Whitesell is a Marketing and Sales Executive. As an innovative and results-driven MBA, she enjoys generating new leads and cultivating relationships. She crunches numbers and uses data to promote products. Analyze. Target. Close. Kelly has experience in developing luxury brands, web development, and legal/professional services marketing. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of South Carolina. Ms. Whitesell then attended the University of Charleston, South Carolina where she received a Master of Business Administration. Her specialties include: sales, business development, consumer marketing, internet marketing, brand strategy development, brand positioning, social media, events, PR, and digital marketing.

    Mr. Foster has extensive experience in building and maintaining customer-facing systems. Mr. Foster has been working with technology companies for 20 years and has focused on technology related startups, leading teams in the design, development, and execution of products and services for a wide variety of verticals and innate understanding of the challenges facing Information Technology Professionals in corporate environments. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Foster was Chief Technology Officer of a medical device manufacturing company that produced integration and telemedicine solutions. Mr. Foster brings his experience in managing product development, operations, regulatory compliance, quality systems implementation, and motivating teams to Ad Genius. Mr. Foster is an expert in website performance and optimization strategies and has utilized technology to enhance the experiences of our clients and their customers. Mr. Foster received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rollins College.
  7. Mae Huber

    Ms. Huber specializes in brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation. She is a creative individual with a structured analytical nature which allows her to develop metrics and results to measure performance. Ms. Huber received a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from the College of Charleston and received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Charleston with a concentration in Marketing.

    Mr. Jennings is a Director of Armada Cloud and a Founding Partner of Goods & Services, a technology driven design and innovation company. At Goods & Services, Mr. Jennings drives the vision for the firm, oversees its culture, and is ultimately responsible for product craft, quality, and creativity. Mr. Jennings has been leading user experience, brand design, and business innovation projects for over two decades. Mr. Jennings combines a passion for design with an ability to formalize strategy and seamlessly integrates user experience with brand design. Prior to founding Goods & Services, Mr. Jennings was a Group Creative Director of SapientNitro and led award winning creative teams around the globe for many of the world’s top brands.
  9. Xouchee Moua

    Director of Analytics

    Xouchee Moua

    Mr. Moua is responsible for the Financial Reporting of Ad Genius and specializes in the development and implementation of Salesforce Solutions for wealth management and technology services companies. He has consulted and advised firms on how to optimize business process through Salesforce customization. Mr. Moua received his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Charleston, South Carolina where he graduated at the top of his class and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin.

    Gary Nicklaus

    Mr. Nicklaus is a Managing Partner of Nicklaus Brown & Co., Chairman of Camden Capital, and a Director of Ad Genius, Armada Cloud, Goods & Services, and Nearshore Technology.  Mr. Nicklaus is Co-Chairman of the Children’s Healthcare Charity, Inc., the primary beneficiary of the PGA Tour Honda Classic, and a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Nicklaus Companies. Mr. Nicklaus played golf professionally on the PGA Tour and European Tours and has designed golf courses throughout the United States, Mexico, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Commissioner Nicklaus was appointed to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission by Florida Governor Rick L. Scott. The Florida Constitution authorizes the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to enact rules and regulations regarding the state’s fish and wildlife resources. Mr. Nicklaus received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from The Ohio State University where he was an All-American.
